Client Spotlight Anderson Built Homes BUILDING, ENGINEERING, PLANNING JMTE making things happen for our clients.

J.M. Teague Engineering and Planning expresses gratitude for our continued collaboration with Anderson Built Homes. Our recent team effort on the Bat Cave Road Gas Station/Convenience Store project exemplifies the significance of effective teamwork. Originally tasked with securing a Driveway Permit, our involvement quickly expanded to encompass a comprehensive Traffic Impact Analysis. Throughout the process, JMTE led all communications with the North Carolina Department of Transportation and McDowell County, successfully obtaining project approval.

Interesting Traffic Engineering

The recent construction of a temporary bridge using a combination of contemporary engineering approaches and traditional Japanese building techniques has been a remarkable feat. This unique blend of modern and traditional construction techniques allowed for the quick and efficient construction of a bridge that is both robust and secure. The use of these techniques ensured that the bridge was not only fit for its temporary use but also met the highest safety and reliability standards. The engineers involved in the project demonstrated their expertise by guaranteeing the adaptability of the bridge, making it a remarkable example of engineering excellence.
