JMTE performs feasibility studies for state DOT’s, planning organizations, developers, property associations, municipalities, religious institutions, schools, and industry. Feasibility studies provide the client a solid method to decide the value and importance of a particular project, before spending thousands of dollars for full blown designs and permitting.
Our studies include traffic modeling using the latest traffic engineering software, multimodal planning, community input sessions, and public presentations. Often we team with other firms that have a focus in other disciplines to ensure delivery of a sound product. In addition to traffic impacts that are associated with a feasibility study, our teaming endeavors often result in final deliverables that relate to environmental, geotechnical, and structural impacts.
For our smaller clients, we provide site or use specific feasibility studies relating to parking lot design, one-way traffic patterns, school traffic flow, or site access locations.
